Here is Off to California, a nice simple hornpipe and melodeon.net tune of the month for April 2015.

Played on an electronic Streb melodeon, in the key of G/C (I’m using the Streb to test out the balance of chords and basses for another box).

A truly beautiful tune written by Thomas Walsh, an accordionist from Dublin, and definitely now a session classic. Here played on a D/G Castagnari Mory. One of my favourite tunes at the moment.
